’ve been looking for a dedicated seated bench for overhead presses and shoulder work, and this Olympic model from ITM is absolutely rock solid. Unlike some of the lighter home-use benches that can feel a bit ‘tippy’ when you’re handling heavy dumbbells, this one is built with a heavy-duty steel frame that doesn’t budge an inch.
The padding is excellent—firm enough to give you a stable base for your back but with enough cushioning to stay comfortable during long sessions. I also really like the integrated footrests; they allow you to really brace yourself and drive through your legs when you’re pushing for those final reps.
It has a very professional, sleek finish that looks great in the garage. It’s clearly designed to handle commercial-level use, so for a home setup, it feels like it’ll last a lifetime. If you’re serious about your shoulder and arm training and want a bench that feels safe and secure, this is the one to get.
