Five removable iron-sand weights sit at the front and five at the back of the weighted vest, helping distribute the load across the torso. Remove inserts when you want a lighter session and return them to their individual pockets as your training progresses. Wide overlapping waist straps help hold the vest close to the body during controlled movement.

How to Adjust and Wear the Vest

1. Place the vest over your head with the front and back panels sitting evenly.
2. Begin with a lighter load if you are new to weighted-vest training.
3. Place the same amount of weight at the front and back to maintain balanced distribution.
4. Close every weight-pocket flap securely.
5. Wrap and fasten the waist straps so the vest is snug without restricting breathing or movement.
6. Recheck the fit and pockets before beginning your workout.
