  1. Make sure to set up your exercise bike correctly. Adjust the bike to fit your body and make sure all components are securely fastened.
  1. Warm up before you start your ride. Do some basic stretches before you even look at your bike. Legs and arms and just even five minutes will make a difference. Go at a slow pace for the first few minutes to get your muscles ready for the workout.
  1. Stay hydrated throughout your workout. Have a water bottle nearby and take sips when needed. Most of our bikes have built-in bottle holders.
  1. Get comfortable with the bike’s features. Familiarise yourself with the bike’s settings and make sure you know how to control the resistance.
  1. Don’t forget to cool down. Finish your ride with a few minutes of easy pedaling to allow your body to slowly recover.
  1. Plan a variety of workouts. Interval training and endurance rides are all great ways to get the most out of your exercise bike.
  1. Don’t forget to warm down.
