- Treadmills must be oiled approximately every 3-6 months, depending on usage, using Silicone based Anti-Friction Lubricant. This model is self lubricating but you must ensure to check the level of oil in the oil reservoir. Instruction on the self lubrication is in the Manual provided and on our website. We provide oil when you purchase the treadmill. Failure to keep sufficient oil in the oil reservoir, may result in the loss of Warranty Cover.

This was a great purchase. It can sometimes be hard to picture the size of an online purchase but this is a good strong treadmill with no movement at all when using it. There is practically no noise from it as the motor seems very powerful. Easy to order and use.
