Taking care of your Hotel De Cat
We recommend using a high-quality wood preservative, varnish, roof sealer or water repellent. This should be applied within the week of purchase and/or before heavy rain. You should pay particular attention to all of the roof edges, eaves, and all joints, as this will prevent the wood from swelling.
It’s important that you clean out the Hotel De Cat and treat the wood regularly, otherwise it can become brittle and unsightly. We also recommend applying additional coats of wood preserver if the camp is going to be kept outside. To ensure your camp continues to look great, we recommend that you position it in a protected area that is not fully exposed to the elements.
Remember to only use non-toxic, animal-friendly cleaning and treatment products.

It arrived quickly but when my husband phoned enquiring about a part that had something missing ,he was told that someone from the warehouse would phone back.that was a 1.20pm today .we were told we would be called back within an hour and still waiting .no phone call.so disappointed. It\’s now 7 pm so it\’s obviously closed for a few hours .but we were left waiting .

I’ve had this product about 1 month now. Holding up well and my 2 exclusively indoor cats love spending time in it while I garden.
Instructions can seem difficult at first but I recommend to lay the pieces in alphabetical order and work through the instructions 1 step at a time. Some of the guide holes didn’t line up exactly or just weren’t there at all so would recommend a drill for assembly.

I did not realise that products like this existed in Ireland for cats. A friend had bought a dog item from them and recommended. Delivery was fast and the driver was friendly. I was emailed a receipt and told there was a 12 month warranty with a local Irish company. Fantastic. Giving four stars as we only have it a few weeks but so far so good.
