Price and lead time were good, set up was easy and product looks good. We haven’t used it much yet, so can’t comment on reliability.
Only slight niggle was delivery: I had to ask for help to lift it into the garage and was told their responsibility was to drop to location only. They did help to lift it in the 3 metres distance, but made sure I knew this was a favour! Not really good enough when ordering something costing hundreds of Euros.

Very fast delivery, i ordered on a Sunday and my treadmill was delivered on the Tuesday. I had a few queries prior to ordering, I was able to whats app the company and they got back to me almost straight away. Pleased with the quality of this treadmill, i would consider it very good value for the price I paid. I done a lot of looking around before I chose the gt-500. I wanted something with an incline and a decent size motor with a reasonable price point and this ticked all of the boxes. I would definitely recommend this model, a decent sized treadmill without it being too bulky or taking up too much space.
