Maintenance	Treadmills must be oiled approximately every 3-6 months, depending on usage, using silicone-based anti-friction lubricant. We provide the oil when you purchase the treadmill. Failure to keep sufficient oil in the oil reservoir may result in the loss of the Warranty Cover. All treadmills are pre-oiled but we recommend adding oil to the reservoir before usage.
