If you want to test your grip and core strength, you can’t beat a proper set of Farmer’s Walk Bars. I’ve been using these from ITM for a few weeks now, and the build quality is absolutely industrial. They are solid steel, perfectly balanced, and feel like they could handle whatever weight you’re brave enough to load onto them.

The sleeves are the standard Olympic size, so my existing plates fit perfectly, and the collars stay nice and tight even when I’m moving at pace. What I really like is the knurling on the handles; it’s aggressive enough to give you a rock-solid grip when your hands start to sweat, but it doesn’t tear your palms to pieces.

They’ve been a brilliant addition to my outdoor strongman sessions. They take up very little room in the shed but offer one of the toughest full-body workouts you can get. If you’re looking to level up your functional strength, these are the business. Great value and arrived from the Cork warehouse in no time
