Introducing the Cat Cube

This lovely wooden cat cube house is perfect for giving your feline friend shelter and protection from the elements, while providing them with their own space – somewhere to curl up comfortably and safely, indoors or outdoors (we suggest that it should be kept in a sheltered area when used outdoors).

It has a felt waterproof roof to keep them safe and dry if used outdoors. The roof itself can be opened up for easy access. Your cat will also have their own entrance with plastic flaps to keep the draughts and wind out. The wooden finish gives it a lovely design and it will be a feature no matter where you put it.

Taking care of your Cat Cube

The wood is already varnished, but we recommend using a high-quality wood preservative, varnish, roof sealer or water repellent. This should be applied within the week of purchase and/or before heavy rain. You should pay particular attention to all of the roof edges, eaves and all joints, as this will prevent the wood from swelling.

It’s important that you clean out the cube and treat the wood regularly, otherwise it can become brittle and unsightly. We also recommend applying additional coats of wood preserver if the cube is going to be kept outside. To ensure your cube continues to look great, we recommend that you position it in a protected area that is not fully exposed to the elements.

Remember to only use non-toxic, animal-friendly cleaning and treatment products.
