I’ve been training at home for years, and I honestly wish I’d bought this pair of 24kg adjustable dumbbells sooner. They have completely replaced a massive, cluttered rack of individual weights and cleared up so much floor space in my garage.
The dial system is incredibly clever and feels very high-quality. You just turn the dial to the weight you want—anywhere from 2.5kg for lateral raises up to 24kg for heavy presses—and the mechanism clicks securely into place. It makes supersets or circuit training so much more efficient because you aren’t constantly swapping out plates or hunting for a different pair of dumbbells.
The build is rock-solid; there’s no rattling or shifting of the plates when you’re lifting, which was my biggest worry with adjustable sets. The handles have a great ergonomic grip that feels comfortable even during high-rep sessions.
