I’ve started incorporating more stretching into my routine to help with recovery after lifting, and this yoga strap from ITM has been a brilliant addition. It’s a simple bit of kit, but the quality is exactly what you want—the cotton webbing is thick and durable, so it doesn’t stretch or give way when you’re pulling into a deep hamstring stretch.
The metal D-ring buckle is the best part. I’ve used plastic ones before that felt a bit flimsy, but these metal rings lock the strap firmly in place and don’t slip at all, no matter how much tension you put on them. It’s also long enough to wrap around your feet or arms for those hard-to-reach poses.
It’s lightweight enough to toss into my gym bag, but strong enough to last a lifetime. If you’re struggling with tight muscles or just want to improve your range of motion for squats and overhead presses, this is a must-have
