How to Adjust the Weight

1. Place the dumbbell fully and evenly into its cradle.
2. Make sure the handle and all plates are correctly aligned.
3. Rotate both end dials to the same required weight setting.
4. Check that the selection mechanism has engaged.
5. Lift the dumbbell vertically from the cradle without twisting.
6. Confirm that all selected plates are secure before beginning your exercise.
