- Treadmills must be oiled approximately every 3-6 months, depending on usage, using Silicone based Anti-Friction Lubricant. This model is self lubricating but you must ensure to check the level of oil in the oil reservoir. Instruction on the self lubrication is in the Manual provided and on our website. We provide oil when you purchase the treadmill. Failure to keep sufficient oil in the oil reservoir, may result in the loss of Warranty Cover.

Watching Netflix as I walk and my girlfriend runs watching YouTube stuff and says it’s a great distraction. The incline is great on it and the belt that you run on has some kind of suspension, cushioning thing that makes it easy on the joints. The price is very good value and its definitely the best fitness item we have had.
