- Treadmills must be oiled approximately every 3-6 months, depending on usage, using Silicone based Anti-Friction Lubricant. This model is self lubricating but you must ensure to check the level of oil in the oil reservoir. Instruction on the self lubrication is in the Manual provided and on our website. We provide oil when you purchase the treadmill. Failure to keep sufficient oil in the oil reservoir, may result in the loss of Warranty Cover.

After reading the reviews and comparing to others online, I put in an order for the set.
Pros: Delivery was really quick. Assembly and set up of the treadmill was easy to follow. I haven’t yet Assembled the bike.
Features on the treadmill are really nice and apps can be downloaded to it also. A fitness app is available to download and there are lots of different modes to choose from. Different profiles can be set up and all the extra features are really cool and easy to set up. hydrolics for putting up and down, wheels are so handy for moving around and the self oiling all make life easier. Incline and speed has a really nice transition.
My cons would ne the ‘floor’ is smaller than expected and the arms are pretty wide. They also fall short in length. The white board at your feet at the front comes out pretty far, so you have to stand back on the treadmill. Not sure if this is because I am tallish, but means the arms are further away than I would like. The cushion system I haven’t found actually that cushioning.
I’ve only used it once so it may grow on me, not sure if it’s living up to many of the reviews I read but still a really good quality treadmill.

THe treadmill was just a few bolts and it is striking looking. It’s like something you would see at a gym. My husband likes the preset programs but says hed prefer it in black.
